It was given to the University by Dudley Fasoldt, Charles Fasoldt's grandson, in 1925. ** These two clocks are both in a private collection. *** The Market burned 10 years after its construction. Two tower clocks, one an astronomical clock, are recorded in a transcription of Fasoldt's sales journal, 1861-1872. Their installation locations and current status are unknown.
